Here’s how the booking process works:
1- Choose your character!
Simply choose your character from our extensive list of (more than 150 to choose from!) If you don’t
see what you are looking for, please ask as we are always adding new and exciting characters
2- Have your show tailored just for you!
Based on the four key factors below, we’ll recommended a show that can be tailored just for you
- Age group/s
- Group size
Plus whatever specifics or special requests that relate to your event
3- Let’s book that in!
Call us on 02 9326 4686 and we’ll get it all sorted for you! All we ask for is a $50 deposit.
4- Leading up to your event
We will be in touch several times before your event to confirm all the details and offer party advice with our newsletters and party tips emails
5- The week before your event…
We will confirm all the finer points and also ask a few extra questions. These are things we have come to know based on our experience, all with the aim to help you have a relaxing day and a successful event
6- On the big day!
We will be in touch at least twice on the day to confirm the details – things can change due to weather etc. Before we start the event, we will try to meet with you (or someone you nominate) away from the children, to ensure that everything is going to plan and to arrange the best way to start the show!
7- Event follow-up
We will also follow up after the event to make sure that everything went well. We know we’re great but we’re always aiming to improve so your feedback is valuable.
